Tabendi Healthcare Network – Patient Terms of Service
These Patient Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Tabendi Healthcare Network (THN) (“Tabendi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the individual using the Tabendi Healthcare Network platform (“you,” “your,” or “Patient”). By creating an account, booking a connection with a healthcare provider through the Tabendi platform, or paying a platform fee, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of Services
1.1 Technology Platform Only – Tabendi Healthcare Network is a technology platform that facilitates connections between patients and independent healthcare providers (“Providers”). Tabendi does not provide medical, healthcare, or clinical services. All medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment are provided solely by the Provider with whom you connect.
1.2 No Provider-Patient Relationship with Tabendi – Using the platform does not create a healthcare provider-patient relationship between you and Tabendi. Any such relationship exists only between you and your Provider.

3. Platform Fee and Payment
3.1 Platform Fee – When you connect with a Provider through the Tabendi platform, you agree to pay a platform fee in the amount displayed to you within the platform at the time of booking or initiating the connection.
3.2 Fee Changes – Platform fees are subject to change at Tabendi’s sole discretion. The applicable fee will always be displayed in the platform prior to your confirmation, and your payment of that fee constitutes acceptance of the updated amount.
3.3 Separate Provider Fees – Your Provider may charge additional fees for medical or healthcare services. These fees are separate from the platform fee and are determined solely by the Provider.
3.4 Payment Processing – Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize Tabendi (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for all fees due.
3.5 Refunds – Platform fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.
4. Privacy and HIPAA
4.1 Personal Data vs. PHI –
4.2 HIPAA Role – When Tabendi collects PHI on behalf of a Provider, we act as that Provider’s Business Associate and handle PHI in accordance with HIPAA and our Business Associate Agreement with the Provider.
